  • Recruitment processes: CVs are retained for a period of 1 year for future opportunities, unless you request their deletion before that period elapses.
  • Clients: For the duration of the contract and, thereafter, for the legally required periods.

COLUNA is committed to never selling your data. However, to ensure our integrated operation, we may share strictly necessary data with:
