A COLUNA foi contratada para transformar uma unidade hoteleira, com limitações técnicas e funcionais, num boutique hotel contemporâneo com identidade regional e vocação internacional. O projeto exigiu uma abordagem integrada desde a fase de due diligence até à entrega final da obra, incluindo a articulação entre arquitetura, engenharia e design de interiores.
